The Crate Escape

I have a very high energy border collie. They do so well with him. The boarding is great. My dog always comes back clean and very happy. After sending him here one day a week , all his social issues were fixed. He now, attends, the doggy college, which is great. It mentally challenges him and he comes home very satisfied and relaxed.

We began taking our golden doodle, Ruby to The Crate Escape one day a week for doggie daycare as a way to give her playtime with other dogs and get her acclimated before we knew we were going to board her when we went on vacation. The staff is fantastic and very friendly. Our boarding experience was also great. The staff kept us updated on how Ruby was doing and we were able to have her bathed before we picked her up. Ruby loves it there too, her tail starts wagging when we pull up to drop her off. Ruby and I give Crate Escape 5 stars.

The owner Chris makes up lies about what happens to dogs in her care. Yes dogs get nicks here and there from playing, HOWEVER the marks on my nieces dog is from you and staff allowing her to be MOUNTED! Claw marks from other dogs on the belly and inner thighs!!!!!! DOG TRAINER HERE 👋!!!! The explanation you gave was made up and NOT ACCURATE!!!! You staff is not correcting the dogs from mounting each other and if my nieces dog was not so submissive this could have lead to a fight!!!!! Then you continue to blame it on daycare not being a good fit??? lol you as the owner should be placing dogs in a play group based on size, play style, energy etc.!!!!! This happened due to not correctly correcting the mounting behavior!!!!! That is a staff training issue NOT a dog issue!!!!

My sitter backed out last minute on my 4 month old pup. I was a mess, trying to figure out how to take my highschool kids to college visits and ensure the pup was safe and cared for in our absence. I was beyond grateful to Chris and her staff for making it a painless process and taking her last minute on April break! She was super excited to see us and clearly had much needed play time!!

maui gets so excited when he sees us pull into the daycare! all the staff are so friendly n genuinely caring about all their animals here. every so often i get picture mail of my puppy as well :)) i’m really grateful i brought my puppy here & have recommended them to others!
