The Canine Center

We have attended multiple classes here with our 2 dogs. 6 week puppy training, 5 years ago with Pam and again this summer with Jane. Also took field work training with Curtis. We are currently doing one on one tutoring with our reactive puppy and she is making improvements. Boarded her this week and she was well taken care of. They truly care about the dogs here!

I researched and talked to many dog training centers in Austin to work with Our rescue Husky mix who has serious separation anxiety and under-socialization issues. We’re lucky to find the Canine center and work with Curtis. The office is really helpful, very reasonable prices (they even offer discount for rescues) and Curtis is the best. He was right on with the diagnosis for our dog, his training program and we have been making great progress since working with Curtis. I love the fact that Canine really cares about your dogs and you, not just money like most of the other places I interviewed.

We took our mini Aussie pup to a few different trainers and training programs, but didn't begin to see lasting change until we brought him to The Canine Center. They've equipped us with the tools we need to continue his training at home, and continue to see positive changes with his behavior and reactivity. We appreciate the staff's knowledge and have truly appreciated working closely with Pam and Payton.

I have taken all of my dogs to the center for almost a decade and I can't imagine life without it -- pretty sure the dogs feel the same way. I've gone to the TCCTB for adult basic training, help with discrete behavioral issues, and just to have fun with things like nosework and tracking. I also highly recommend their adventures; we just got back from a blast in South Texas of all-day dog activities like getting towed by both my dogs (pictured)

Working with the team at the Canine Center has been so great! Jane is my favorite trainer and has made this experience fun and enjoyable for everyone involved, including our 107lb GSD! All staff members are kind and caring people. They really know the dogs and care deeply about them. We have been to other places in Austin and we were feeling overwhelmed on how to help our dog while protecting him from traumatic training situations and the Canine Center saved the day. Honestly this place is a life saver! Please give them a try if you are looking for knowledgeable and kind trainers.
