Lauren is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. From the moment we met her, it was clear she truly loves what she does and cares deeply about the dogs she works with. I am always super nervous leaving my dog with anyone, but Lauren instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is very understanding and takes the time to listen, which means a lot to me. I especially appreciate how she protects my wire-haired dachshund’s coat integrity. She doesn’t cut all his hair or shave him down like many places do. She knows how to groom him properly while keeping his natural wire coat healthy. The experience feels personal and calm, not rushed like a big chain store. I would much rather take my dog to Lauren than anywhere else. I’m so grateful to have found her and
