Pampered Pooch

Excellent results! Just a bath and a brush this trip but Tonda and Robin always do amazing work and our dogs look forward to their appointments. They jump in the car without hesitation now.

Had my dog bathed and groomed for the first time outstanding experience dog looks fabulous. Highly recommended.

We've been using pampered pooch for over 20 years, we've moved out of state, only a 45 min drive and we still take our little ole man here for his grooming every 2 months. The ladies there are great.

I gave them a call to book an appointment for my two furry friends. The lady on the phone said I should give her a call back in a few minutes or she’ll call me back because she was busy with another customer. So, I waited patiently for five minutes, and then she finally called back. I explained that I have two small dogs, and one of them just needs a quick trim. But guess what? She didn’t understand what that was! Can you believe that? She then proceeded to tell me that I’d have to call you back because another customer was coming through the door. I mean, come on! I’m a customer too, you know! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

I use to bring my dog here a long time ago. Money is tight, he's a yorkie so it's been quiet a while since he's been "groomed" aside from the maintenance he gets at the vet. I tried to call today to possibly get him an appointment for the future. The lady that answered the phone very quickly told me they had no availabilities and offered no information for anything in the future. I didn't even know how to respond... I supposed my silence prompted her to then asked "how long has it been since he's been here anyway? We're not even taking new appointments." I wanted to like them like I did in the past. Especially from all the reviews but just ONE unpleasant phone call changed my mind. Not friendly at all. I wouldn't recommend this place.
