I cannot say enough good things about The Bird & Exotic Hospital and their entire team. From the moment we walked in, they were patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. During one of the hardest moments—saying goodbye to my 10-year-old bearded dragon—they showed so much compassion and allowed me the time and space I needed to say goodbye. That meant more to me than I can put into words. They handled her remains with the utmost care and respect, and their thoughtfulness didn’t stop there. They followed up with me regarding my other bearded dragon and his treatment, which truly showed how much they care about their patients and their owners. We are beyond grateful and happy with the care staff provided to our Avocado. My bird seen his new vet for the first time and immediately was comfortable with him. If Avocado is happy then I’m happy!!! With a clean bill of health and a wealth of information and new food to try we were on our way! I highly recommend trusting staff here to treat and take care of your feathered friend’s health and grooming needs

First of all i wanna thank Dr Pacumio,Dr rolfe,Mitch,Jared,alissandra,Hailey and the rest of the staff for taking care of my quaker parrot Maki,My wife and I took him in because he was plucking his feathers something he has not done in 11 years we were highly concerned so they ran blood work turns out it's fatty liver,they gave us medication for his plucking and liver issue,then we needed to run further test. Several days later he was not wanting to eat or drink water so we had to rush him as an emergency.Dr pacumio tube fed him and kept him overnight in an incubator.Thank God next day she called My wife and I stating he was feeling better so we picked him up. I wanna thank everyone for the love and support you have given us you guys are truly THE BEST OF THE BEST.Keep up the amazing work

I cannot recommend The Bird & Exotic Animal Hospital enough! This is not an animal hospital for your dogs and cats. This amazing Animal Hospital is in Western Palm Beach in the city of Greenacres. From the moment you arrive the waiting room is quite large and the staff is so very nice and welcoming. There were people in the waiting room with all kind of animals from Birds to Reptiles and me with my guinea pigs. Once couple drove in from South Miami!! That has got to be a 3 or 4 hour ride. I was stunned. The examining room was roomy, nice and clean. The doctor and assistant could not have been any nicer. The asked me detailed questions , thoroughly examine my fur babies and determined what the possible ailment was with recommendations for treatment. I received their medicine and t

The Bird & Exotic Hospital is a truly great place, and I take my Meyers Parrot, Poe, here for care. My first experience was during an emergency eye issue when my regular vet no longer treated birds. I called right before closing, and they told me to come in, which meant everything to me at the time. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable trusting them with my bird. They examined Poe, prescribed medication, and everything turned out great. I now bring her here for yearly visits and honestly cannot imagine choosing anywhere else.
