Dr. L. Dowd is truly an amazing veterinarian. She is incredibly kind and gentle with my dogs and always takes the time to really listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed during our visits, and she patiently answers all of my questions—even when I ask the same ones more than once. Her compassion, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything clearly give me complete confidence in the care my dogs receive. It is obvious how much she truly cares about her patients and their families. I am so grateful to have Dr. Dowd as our veterinarian here in Florida and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional, thoughtful care. As a first time puppy owner, I've had lots of questions. From surgery to tummy aches, Dr. Kayla has taken great care to keep my pup healthy and ease my mind. When I needed an emergency appointment, they had me in within an hour. The whole office is clean, bright and welcoming. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Love this place . Love Dr. Dowd. My dog Alice loves these people. And they treat her like they love her too. They text so you can send pics of issues and text at any time of day and get a response earlier and I love that. Saturday appts. Decent prices. Friendly staff. 10 stars

The team at Animal Hospital of the Palm Beaches is absolutely outstanding. I won’t go anywhere else! Dr. Brad Moe, Dr. Lisa Laviola-Dowd, and Dr. Kayla Glassburner are all incredible veterinarians who truly care about their patients. The entire staff, from the front desk to the techs, is friendly, professional, and compassionate. Every visit is smooth and reassuring. I fully trust them with my pets and highly recommend this hospital to every pet owner.

I walked into the veterinary hospital and was not greeted or acknowledged. I stood at the front desk while both employees ignored me. When I said hello, the employee shifted her head and said nothing- staring at me, not saying a word. I said.. “…Here for __” I was taken into an exam room and asked to wait. When the doctor entered, the atmosphere immediately felt uncomfortable. In any medical setting, especially one involving stressed animals and concerned owners, basic courtesy and professionalism should be a priority. Unfortunately, the interaction was short, dismissive, and unfriendly. My cat had urinated and defecated in her carrier and was clearly frightened. Rather than calmly removing her, the doctor and staff attempted to dismantle the carrier, escalating the situation. The doctor
