The Barking Lot

Witnessed this women scream in my dogs face when she was clipping my dogs nails because she let out a huge cry/screech and jumped when she cut her nails, which one did bleed and one was too short, so clearly it hurt her why wouldn’t she cry? I have NEVER heard my dog cry like that before and she gets anxious around any type of yelling or loud noises as it is. My dog who is still puppyish and always super happy, was upset and not acting herself for hours after leaving there. I would never bring my dogs back to this place after this. Not to mention the attitude and personality isn’t friendly at all, which I overlooked because it’s how she treats the animals is what counts and I thought she was pretty good overall, have always recommended this place to people but after this, I am done. When I brought my small dog, who was shaking with fear, in for the first time, the groomer knelt down and talked with her to make her comfortable. I’m grateful for and impressed by the staff’s love for dogs. I always felt confident leaving my senior dog in their care. I like that they call immediately when finished so my girl never had to stay any longer than necessary waiting for me to pick her up. Grooming always beautifully done and exactly to my particular specifications. Excellent place. I highly recommend. Your dog will be in good hands.

I (my name was liam. It's Ben now. I used to get my guinea pigs nails cut there. I now have a cat who I'll be doing the same with. The girls have a really nice touch. They know just how to handle the animals they're working on, so they don't freak. My possum never did, freak. I doubt my peaches will either!
