The Barkfontaine

I didn't catch her name but she was kind and compassionate. She was transparent upfront in whether she could provide the service due to my Great Dane and his noticable social anxiety. She did it no problem within 15-20 minutes. I really appreciate her and will be returning! Thank you!

Rocky was groomed today and he looks fantastic. The Barkfontaine always does a great job with my GSDs.

Entire experience seemed unprofessional. Called about a bath and nail trimming. Was told my dog was scheduled for a full-groom. Since dog was nervous upon arrival (first time) we decided to just do nail trimming, in order to not have to leave him alone. Woman immediately had an attitude when we decided to go down a service. He came in a harness and they only offered an around the neck leash option, which he is unused to. Opened the crate and did not give the opportunity for him to get comfortable. Just immediately leashed him. And told us she wouldn’t do it when dog became nervous and attempted to free himself from the leash. Dog is typically wary of new people, but still very friendly. All my dogs love it there. They are perfect. The only thing they could do ( assuming they don’t) is hot stone massages with bone broth served in crystal goblets. lol But seriously love them.
