Chow Hound Pet Supplies

I moved here from the city and I gotta say, Chow Hound carries literally everything I need for my dog, 2 cats, and 2 fish tanks. Their products are quality and their employees are so sweet! I've become a regular there because of the friendliness, variety of products, and knowledgeable staff. The staff are super helpful and honest. We've gotten fish and aquatic plants from Chow Hound and all have been great experiences.

The girl that helped me both days was very very nice. She helped me find a baby harness for my new tiny puppy and also answered any of my questions.

Workers are always very friendly. I can always find good brands for my dogs and cat. They also have a great program where you buy so many bags of dog food you get one free. We have gone and used the dog wash stations and they are very nice to use and have a little bit of everything for shampoo/conditioner. Would recommend this store to any pet owner.

I enjoy being able to order my animal food and supplies and having it delivered directly to my home. My issue is always the app and sometimes the website. Trying to get the app to load properly across all pages and same with the website sometimes, is horribly frustrating. Sometimes I cannot get the rewards to load, or discount codes to be applied or the payment page to load correctly. The app and website need a serious upgrade to be far more user friendly. Otherwise, no complaints. I love the company and the staff of whom I’ve interacted with.

They staff are great and vets helpful finding the things I needed for my new puppy! That carry a lot of different products for all kinds of animals! They young lady who trimmed my puppys nails, was very good with her and was patient!!
