Pictures attached. The workers were extremely polite, but the business has very poor in-house time management and concerning practices with apparent overuse of anesthesia. I had an 8:00 AM appointment to have my two kittens neutered. I was told the clinic closed at 6:00 PM. By 3:00 PM I hadn't heard an update so I called, they still had not been seen (why I dropped them off at 8:00 AM then I have no idea), and I waited another two hours. At 5:00 PM, I was finally called to pick them up. When I arrived, both kittens were still heavily sedated. They couldn’t hold their heads up, and neither could stand—one was even spinning on the floor from disorientation. It has now been over two hours since pick-up, and their side effects are worsening. do not take ur pets here. Overheard the employees talking about me miss treating my pet when I took him there so they could help instead they put the blame on me. they told me he was fine and he passed away the next morning.

They are amazing. Helped our cat when she was having teeth problems. Called to follow up on her. That ment a lot.

My mother took our cat to be spade using the "senior discount" program that she paid 70.00 for. Upon arriving the condescending receptionist proceeded to increase the price by another 82.00 to include an IV during surgery, which you think would be necessary anyway, then for a pain shot that was 19.00 plus meds to go home on! And didn't give her her senior discount on top of that. And charged her 5.00 to use her debit card! So all in all it cost 152.00 when it as supposed to be a discount for seniors on fixed income and to be treated like she was and idiot by Mandie the receptionist! My 79 year old mother deserved at least to be treated like a human especially when she is the customer! I will not take another animal to this scam of an animal hospital and recommend unless you want to be tal

Brought my dog beau in for his yearly shots. The Staff is friendly and really good with the animals. The price was fair(wasn't cheap but he got the full work up shots) still cheaper than my last vet. The other services they have provided before where price reasonably.
