Tails-A-Wagn'

I have a beautiful pitbull which is a rescue. She had a really hard life and doesn’t trust very easily and definitely does not like other dogs. The staff are so good with Lucy I can’t imagine taking her anywhere else they go above and beyond to care for her and make her feel safe.

+Edited to add - they did refund her groom. Hopefully they tell pet parents this going forward.+ And YES - we know these things happen. We have used them for lodging and grooming for both of our dogs. Today, I took my golden doodle in for her regular grooming. They nicked her anus so it’s bleeding. No one said a word. I also handed them specific notes that she has long quicks (even though she gets groomed often). They also failed mention that they cut a nail too short - so it was bleeding too. I didn’t notice until I got the the stoplight when I noticed the blood on the towel. I DID take pics and sent them via text. We will not be back. Something has changed ant TAW over the last several months and it’s NOT for the good.

I LOVE this place! The people from the front office to the groomers are all SO nice and accommodating. After being tired of driving to Pryor for nail trims, someone referred me to Tails a Wagn. I had thought they only did pet boarding, but was so excited to learn they also do walk-in nail trims. As someone with four chihuahua/dachshund mixes, having a place like this nearby has been SUCH a relief. They're also quick (while doing a great job every time, of course)! I've never had to wait more than five minutes and that's as a walk-in (maybe 10 minutes during busy times, which is still amazing)! Molly and I have not been away from each other not one day since I got her a year ago so you can imagine my anxiety to leave her with a stranger. I am traveling at the end of October and I had to find a place that I could trust. We did Molly’s evaluation day and she loved it. The next morning she was so excited to go back to Doggy Day Care💜 The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable with leaving my Fur Baby for the day and to pick up a HAPPY BABY at the end of the day was the icing on the cake!!! My dogs love Tails A Wagn! They go there for daycare, boarding and baths. My 11 month old chocolate lab went today for daycare and was so happy when he saw where we were at, and now tonight he’s out like a light from all the fun and exercise he got today! The facility is clean, with beautiful cabins for the dogs to stay. The outdoor play area is huge and full of trees and toys! The employees are all friendly and you can tell they love what they do!
