Dr. Jue is always so thorough. He clearly explains what he’s doing, walks us through his findings, and makes sure we don’t leave with unanswered questions. He is especially wonderful with my dog, who historically has not liked going to the vet. Previous vets asked us to bring her pre-medicated and muzzled, but here we bring her as she is, and we consistently get positive feedback on how well she does. The front desk staff is always friendly and willing to help however they can, which makes every visit start on a positive note. And the techs truly deserve recognition. They are the behind-the-scenes team members who don’t always get the credit, but the job simply could not be done without them. Thank you all for the care and compassion you show every time.

Great staff. Dr. Jue's bedside manner is more than I could ask for. He took the time to answer my concerns and I didn't feel hurried. Hospital is very clean and the lobby is very welcoming! The services are reasonably priced and I HIGHLY recommend them! I'm so glad I took my neighbor's advice to try them out. Thank you Dr.Jue and staff for a great first experience! My cat Mo and I felt very at ease with y'all !

These people are ALL phenomenal! Love Dr Roy Madigan. We are working with my beloved pooch who tested positive for Chagas Disease! PLEASE look it up and do your research! Chagas is everywhere. throughout the Southern United States!!!!! Please get your dogs tested. DR. Madigan is, in my opinion and I am a veterinarian, am "expert " in this field and this disease. Horrible disease. (Sob). I had a 2 year old beautiful Giant Schnauzer dropped dead at my feet. NO signs, just dead! Please get with your local veterinarian to get your dogs tested! Please seek help from this awesome clinic! Chagas IS here to stay! I'm moving to SD because I cannot loose another dog from Chagas!

First time in with my frenchie honey girl. We were leaving out of town and needed my baby to be seen. Our normal vet can never get us in for emergencies. So we called for appt here. The girls on phone got us in right away and were so kind. Dr.Jue and the assistant were amazing. Dr check her over so well from head to toes. So thorough. Better than any vet I've ever been to in my life. I have found a keeper! I will be switching all 3 of my dogs over to this amazing vet hosp. They get a 10 out 10 from me.

We had been with the same vet (whom we loved and trusted) for 37 years prior to recently moving to San Antonio. We hoped to find a vet we could trust as much as our former vet but hadn’t found that person/practice yet. Then Dr. Madigan was recommended by a friend. I was impressed and grateful for the kindness and care both my dog and I received here from all the staff. Dr Madigan took time to ask me questions about Daisy and to let me ask him questions. He listened and gave me thoughtful, informative answers. I am so grateful. We’ve found the vet we were looking for here.
