The unexpected always seems to happen at the most inopportune moments but when it does happen, you appreciate those willing to step up and help. WOW! This vet team was so beyond amazing! We discovered a gash/puncture in our mini Aussie and our normal vet couldn’t take him in due to other emergencies and this AMAZING team decided to accept him and stay LATE on Halloween to make sure he got taken care of. Each staff member greeted us with kindness, empathy & genuine care despite having to stay late. They helped both us and our fur baby feel comfortable despite the stressful situation. Their exam rooms were also welcoming & had lots of natural light (so unique!). And my favorite part - they gave him a cute cone in honor of the holiday!
