That's My Dog!

A co-worker recommended Melissa to me when I was searching for a groomer that is good with older dogs who have anxiety. I am SO SO grateful to have gotten this recommendation! Our 14 year old dog has been going to Melissa for about a year now. My only regret is that we didn't find her sooner!! Melissa does a phenomenal job and grooming has become a much less anxious event for our little guy! I feel confident leaving him there since I know he is in great hands, and he looks fantastic after his grooming! Melissa also always takes time to tell us about anything she may have found while grooming him like a rash, etc. She is absolutely wonderful with dogs! Melissa has been grooming our dog for a few years now. He always comes out looking dapper and happy. Melissa is always really flexible with our schedule which is usually includes last minute appointments and changes. Before and after from today’s grooming!

We stopped in a couple years ago when we passed by the salon. We previously went to petsmart and didnt have the best experience. Dogs were anxious but coming to Melissa the dogs are in better care. Melissa has been very helpful throughout the years with our two dogs, never had any issues with the service, always friendly polite and quick. Would recommend stopping in

I have been taking my dog Finnegan to Melissa for just under a year Finnegan has always been very anxious at the groomers and it has been an ongoing struggle to get him to go - he’s a 130 lb Bernese Mt dog so he can put up a fight Melissa is very aware of his “issues” and makes sure That’s My Dog is quiet, calm and comfortable. She is welcoming and gentle with him and it’s made all the difference. He now walks right in! I appreciate Melissa and the concern she gives Finn I recommend her as a groomer, especially if you have an anxious pup like Finn

Thank you again Melissa for doing such a great job with Poppy. You are so good with her. Getting Poppy groomed at THAT’S MY DOG ends up being a good experience for us all. I love how adorable she looks & smells after her grooming while Poppy enjoys prancing around, showing off her new “do”! It’s been over two years of consistently great service and grooming by Melissa and we are so grateful to have found her. Melissa is knowledgeable and helpful and I just hope she never leaves Boon Street! We hope you never leave Boon Street!!!
