A great experience every time! Nicole is wonderful with my multipoo, Luca. With previous groomers, he would come home anxious and stressed, but after seeing Nicole, he’s completely himself and happy. I’m so grateful we found her — highly recommend!

I've been getting my dog groomed by Margie for about 6 years now and I am always so happy with the results. My dog HATES when I try to cut his hair, cut his nails, or give him a bath and she is SO good with him! Even when I made a silly request to give my doodle a Mohawk, Margie made him look adorable 😂😂 I'd highly recommend her to anyone who has a pup that needs regular grooming.

After having our Shih-Tzu at another groomer for the last 6 years, we were so disappointed to learn that she had left and weren't sure where she went to. After a few more tries at the same place with other groomers, I had enough with our little guy coming home looking like a long-haired pug. He looked ridiculous. A friend suggested Tess & Woo's. Although hesitant at first, I knew nothing could be worse than his last few haircuts. OH WOW!!! Nicole did an AMAZING job on Barry (ironically, she looked familiar when I took him in for his appt and then realized she was ALSO at the groomer we previously were customers of and remembered our little black Barry right away!) 🥰 Nicole was absolutely wonderful with him and gave him the BEST groom he's had in a VERY LONG TIME! Margie has been absolutely amazing with our dog!! She went from fearing grooming appointments at other places to walking in with a wagging tail once we started coming here. Highly recommend!

Love this salon. I have been bringing my dogs here for over 4 years. They are amazing with my anxious jack russel and my grumpy shihpoo who doesn't like his paws touched. Highly recommended. Before and after photos below ❤️
