I booked out this service over 2 months ago for an overnight stay and a week out from our trip this company backed out telling us that the sitter is not available and they did not have a backup. Their best offer was for the sitters boyfriend to come stay at our home instead. Apparently the service is not guaranteed and I will not be booking with them in the future. Highly unprofessional.
