Highly recommend Tender Heart, great care. Lead tech Karen was patient, kind and gentle with my pup Levi. She answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and its clear she loves what she does. Dr Mike took her time with us made sure the information she provided I understood and shared nutrients information for my pup.

Took my moms dog there for an appointment for vaccinations. Staff was super caring and attentive, great with pets and people alike! Wish I had known about this place when my Cat was alive, I would have used them over anywhere else.

Every encounter with each person regardless of position has been so wonderful. They took great care of our pup, and also of me with my questions and nervous concerns. They definitely enjoyed meeting and getting to know our dog as her own being, not simply another dog and I’m certain that’s how they treat every soul. We have had Tender Hearts as our vet for many years. They have always been very accommodating and truly care about our pup & cat. When My cat Ollie needed to be spayed I was a nervous wreck! They went above and beyond by calling me more often then they normally would to give me updates on his status. They even let him recover I. The front reception area instead of back with the other cats/dogs because I told them Ollie had extreme anxiety when around other animals.
