When my gerbil fell sick not only did they promptly get me in, but took him in immediately once I called concerned about waiting till the appointment time. The team was fantastic and quick to act. All were so kind. Thanks to them my furbaby is recovering well and on his way to a full recovery!!

I have been a loyal client of Gardner Animal Hospital for over 30 years, and sadly, over the past 4–5 years — since the change in ownership the level of care and compassion has drastically declined. There was a time when our dogs loved going there, and we felt comfortable knowing they were in caring hands. That is no longer the case. My last two emergency experiences, both involving one of my German Shepherds and both occurring on Fridays, ended the same way: we were turned away because they were “closing soon” or “could not squeeze us in.” When you depend on your long-time veterinary provider during urgent situations, being told to go elsewhere is beyond disappointing it is unacceptable.
