Team Tait's Every Animal Matters

My recent experience with this organization was so unsettling that I feel obligated to warn others. I reached out with the intention of having my cat spayed, and instead I was met with disrespect and inconsistency. The director and her niece Lacey are nasty women who will not take accountability for their unprofessionalism and contradictions. They only agreed to book an appointment for my cat after arguments and challenges (I did not take the appointment after the interactions I had with them.) From the beginning, Lacey was rude, unhelpful, and completely inflexible. On multiple occasions she told me “no,” only for another staff member (the director) to get on the phone and say “yes” — meaning she could have helped but chose not to. Called to book and appointment I asked for a little insight on how the process works, I was met with rudeness and told I should not be asking the questions I did and should go to my local vet and pay 800$ because I will never find their price anywhere. Huge red flag that asking questions about the process was a problem for her. She also told me no other vet would answer the simple questions I was asking. Instead of making me feel comfortable as a first time pet owner whose cats has not been spayed before, she was awful! Do NOT recommend

My family and I have been using TEAM for years for our cats. The staff are so sweet and extremely helpful! I know my babies are in good hands. And today a staff member went above and beyond for me and I am forever grateful. ♡

Called yesterday and it seemed like they were closed which was my fault, but today I called during their business hours and both lines were busy. There is absolutely no way that they’re busy for a whole hour. I kept on calling to see if they would be able to finally answer, but they were busy the whole time. Can’t get an appointment in to save my life.

Very happy with Team! They did a great job and my Milo recovered so quickly that started playing the next day! Also they called to follow up on his condition the next day! I do appreciate their hard work, non-profit service! Big love to Team!!
