Jonathan was amazing but then we started seeing Jeremy who did a great job with our pup! Requested new appointment & accepted with Jeremy, was then informed my dog is too big for Jeremey ? So ended up rescheduled again with Brenda … she texts 10 minutes before my dogs appointment time to inform me she’s running an hour behind and that today’s appointment needs to be rescheduled (okay, things happen)… next appointment not until 2/24/26 when he’s been waiting weeks. This is not the first time this has happened either, but when it did, Jonathan did everything in his power to accommodate a new time that was usually the next day or something more reasonable. If you have an appointment at a hairdressers or a physicians office a they are running behind they typically don’t just reschedule….Truly

Clean Paws did an exceptional job on my puppy’s first bath/grooming! Brenda was so kind and gentle with her she is a true professional! Thank you for making her first grooming session perfect- she looked awesome!

Jonathan did an awesome job grooming our Yorkshire Terrier, Tele. Jonathan was professional, friendly and gentle with Tele. This was our first experience with a mobile groomer. The truck was clean and the grooming area even cleaner. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommended.

Clean Paws Mobile Spa is amazing! Luis is so wonderful and treats your dogs like they are his. He understands this can be stressful for your dog and handles them wonderfully! I highly recommend ...customer service is also great! You will NOT be disappointed...highly professional...cannot say enough about them!

They are, in my opinion the best pet groomers on the shoreline! The staff is extremely professional and punctual, and very skilled in their craft. My dog rudder loves them and always looks his best when they are finished! I’ve attached before and after pictures of Rudder’s appointment with this team!
