The staff at Taurus McNeil have been great with our anxious pup, Billy. He’s a bit needy in that he’s a big pitbull with spinal issues. We don’t like to leave him & he doesn’t like to leave us, but when we have to, we know Taurus will treat him like family. Shoutout to our most recent caretakers who worked with our changing schedule when we had to leave town for an emergency. Thank you for being so flexible.

We cannot say enough good things about Taurus Academy and the people who work there. Our dog Frito had been going to this Taurus since he was a puppy, and when we experienced a scary incident involving our toddler, the support we received from their team went far beyond what we ever expected. Billy, the manager, took so much time with us after the incident to talk through what happened, explain dog behavior in a clear and compassionate way, and help us understand our options. He didn't need to do any of that, but he cared enough to do so. He never minimized what we were feeling and gave us honest, thoughtful guidance during one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make. The cheerful staff greeted Mishka by name on her first visit and made it a special day for her. This was her first full day out with strangers since her rescue. The staff pack were able to acclimate her and introduce her to four new friends for some serious play time. She had a blast and was sound asleep within two hours of getting home. The staff provided details of her day and tons of happy playing photos. We couldn’t be more thrilled with Taurus.

We and our dog absolutely love Taurus McNeil. She is happy to go and play with other dogs and the staff loves her too. She is usually exhausted when she gets home.
