Tails of the Village

We took our pup Frankie here when we visited Peddler’s Village. It was raining and we ducked into the first pet store we saw because we knew pets would be allowed. We wanted to look for a rain jacket for him. The two women who helped us could not have been friendlier and helpful. They searched for his size for us, let us try it on him and, even put him at the register so one could hand him treats while the other put the jacket on. And it’s just a really sweet shop in general.

I worked an event at Peddlers Village and was invited to check out Tails for cat toys. The owners were very friendly and took me to the most pungent catnip I've ever come across. When I gave my cat his new toy he immediately started biting it and giving it bunny kicks and I think he forgot that he hadn't had dinner yet. I definitely recommend this store for pet parents.

I have been going to this store almost bi-weekly for the past three years. Two weeks ago I purchased an item that was faulty and the batteries for it exploded. Therefore when I went to use the item it was corroded. So I thought I could do a simple exchange. Well I was wrong, the associate didn't know how to do one. Then she called someone and they didn't know. I picked something out to exchange that was far less, but she said I needed a reciept. Be it she sold me the item two weeks ago, but I have the fetch app so I had a digital reciept. However I still couldn't do an exchange. She called the owner of the shop, and rather walk her employee through the process, she told me to wait until the owner of the shop arrives. She said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I rescued a mini golden doodle on Friday September 15th. On Sunday the 17th, I took him to Peddler's Village with my nieces for our Aunt/ Nieces Adventure day during the Scarecrow festival. Someone told me to check out the Tails of the Village. My nieces were so excited to help me pick out items for Duke. We got Phillies chew toys, an Eagles Jersey, Eagles leash, bones filled with peanut butter, bandanas for the Phillies and Halloween that conveniently go around the collar as well as some chicken chips and of course a Harry Potter toy. The store was packed, as it honestly should be. The owner Jack was training a young lady behind the counter. He was so helpful answering all of my questions as a new Dog Mom and super patient considering there was a line around the counter. I really w
