It was obvious my pup was cut while he was here the last time I took him. The groomer (Estrella/Marisol) took a long time to give him back which was unusual. She was probably trying to stop the bleeding instead of just getting him help or calling me about it. She still charged full price. A week and a half later, the vet noticed the pictured scabbing wound during his annual visit. The wound wasn't closed, so he needed sutures. Since there aren't any sharp objects where he could have cut himself at home, and there was no blood trail at home, it was only apparent that it happened here. I called and let them know. I recently started coming to Tinamarie after going to pet supplies plus for awhile and she does an excellent job. The latest grooming appointment left my dogs smelling so nice and groomed so well! I’m not good about explaining what I want with my small dogs regarding their hair trimming, but she did such a great job making them look cleaned up and trimming them both. Very happy with her work

I had a great experience bringing my Pomsky to Tails of the City, and Amanda did an amazing job. From the start, communication was excellent--she was quick to respond, easy to coordinate with, and very professional. The pricing was fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. The grooming itself was done efficiently without feeling rushed, and my Pomsky came out looking and smelling great. She had tons of ticks in her bum area because I always take her out on hikes and in open areas. You can tell Amanda genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and takes pride in her work. My dog was comfortable, well-handled, and happy when I picked her up, which says a lot. I can’t recommend marisol enough! This place beats local prices and Marisol delivers the best results I’ve ever had for my Alaskan Malamute. He is always perfectly deshed, and his coat is shaped beautifully every time. The results last a long time, which is huge for a heavy-shedding breed. She’s incredibly kind, gentle, and works efficiently without rushing. my dog is comfortable and looks amazing. Hands down the best groomer we’ve had!

I was extremely pleased first time using a dog groomer first time small dog owner. Everybody was very nice and caring when I brought him in, I met my groomer Marisso real sweet pretty girl she didn't speak a lot of English but she understood when I told her I wanted the Schnauzer cut she looked him over and said yes she could do it. Can't wait to walk him through the neighborhood and show him off!
