I’ve taken our kitties to TT for a few years. Yesterday Pepper had his first bath and full groom. He looks fantastic! Leslie and helpers obviously took time and care grooming him. I am so grateful. I’m very comfortable taking our kitties there for any grooming needs. I believe that you must be very careful choosing kitty groomers. Most all groomers cater mostly to dogs. I’ve never felt that at TT. I’ve seen some negative comments about Mary. I’ve never had a problem. I think she’s great! Knowledgeable and helpful in determining just what you would like done for your pet. Kudos to Tailored Tails!

They did an amazing job. I took my 12 year old cat in for a Lions Cut since she's having trouble keeping up with her self grooming. They were done in about 10 minutes, it looks great and she's not acting traumatized like after she was 'groomed/cut' at the vet. The prices are reasonable, front desk service was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning for any/all pet grooming needs.

Just got back from grooming and I love how they do his tail!

The owner is genuine, transparent, and truly cares about the furry friends walking in the door. She took our requests, even though it was a bit of an unusual cut for a Schnauzer. (We go a bit shorter in the summer.) Our pup came back looking great and was so happy. We will be back for sure!

Leslie, Mary, and the crew are all amazing and empathetic groomers! Mary really took the time to explain our options with regards to coat, ear, and tail length- something that other groomers have never bothered to ask. She also exhibited great care and love with my shy, nervous girl by taking the time to say her name, give her pets, and rub her belly on the floor, where my dog felt comfortable. When I handed my dog over, she seemed much more comfortable with Mary than I have ever seen her with any other stranger. The icing on the cake is the price- I paid HALF of what it costs to have her groomed at Petco, AND we both received excellent care and service. I cannot recommend this place enough!
