She has thick hair but zero knots and is not matted in the least bit - you just tried to rip off a customer and unfortunately for me because I paid you in cash, you scammed me and basically stole $20. If you have any integrity and decency since I will NEVER return or trust you with my baby, why dont you give me the money back? Or do you not stand by your word?? I've been bringing my dog Stitch to this groomer for a while now, and we've had an excellent experience every time. Stitch can be a bit nervous and scared, but the staff always handles him with such care and patience. He always looks fantastic after his grooming sessions, and I can tell they really take the time to make him feel comfortable. Highly recommend this groomer to anyone looking for quality service and a compassionate team!

Tail Waggers truly saved the day! I had a previous grooming appointment fall through, and I’m so glad it did because it led me to Rigo. He was incredibly accommodating and got my dad’s dog, Paco, in right away. I really appreciated how much I could trust his recommendations—he clearly knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares. The prices are fair, the service was great, and I even picked up the cutest little Superman costume for Paco while I was there. Rigo went above and beyond by putting the costume on him for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. This will definitely be our new go-to grooming spot. Highly recommend Tail Waggers!
