Esmeralda was recommended by a couple I met at the dog park, we have been going to her since last year. She is an awesome dog groomer, so kind and sweet. She treats our Honey with the best of care. I always love how she leaves her. I recommend her 100% great customer service. This was the 1st time we dyed Honey’s hair and we love it. We continue to go back to her 🥰

They did a fantastic job! They did what I asked for, and she came out exactly as I expected her to come out! They gave my dog a summer cut and they even got her paws! The last groomer i went to didn't really get them. I can see her paws now! I will be coming back

So disappointed with the service my dog got in this location. I had requested for Esmeralda to groom my dog and when I got there some else was getting him groomed. His hair was so uneven and was not a teddy bear cut. He had a blocky head looked like a square. They burn him and cut his skin on his sac. Idk what is the hype from this place. Never bringing my service or referring anyone here. I overheard them grooming over 30 dogs in one day. They overbook and most likely is the reason my dog cut came out looking the way it did. Definitely, they are more focus on the $ coming in instead of quality work. Worst thing is price was the same as other professional and better mobile dog service. Staff communication is not professional.

I took my Cosmo here for his first grooming experience and wow they did such a great job! I was a bit nervous since he isn’t even 5 months yet, but Esmeralda ensured me that he was in good hands. He definitely was! Highly recommend this groomer! Will definitely be bringing Cosmo back for his next bath.

I finally found a grooming company who can do cats with ease!!! <3 I have only tried nail trimming so far and it was fast! You can just tell they are very professional and has the expertise for this kind of business! They gave my cats a free perfume and when we came home, my gosh they smelled so good! They are also very kind, friendly and understanding! They gave me a discount because I brought several cats! They gave me some advice on how to groom my cats by myself because they understand how expensive it will be if I always go to them. That's a business, that's people who actually care! <3 I will definitely come back again! Thank you, Esmeralda and Bertha!
