Update: i have taken my dog here a couple times and havent had a problem beside inconsistant hair cuts. Sometimes good sometimes not so good. I took my dog yesterday and now he can't open his eye. Who knows what they did to him. Didn't notice until I got home. Thought maybe some shampoo got in his eye but there been no improvement. I will have to take him to the vet to get his eye checked. Also from that the hair cut was not great . Waste of money and know my poor dog eye

I've been taking my dog here for a few years. Always looks fresh.... Get here early. There can be a line. I recommend this place.

Cut my dogs nail too short and ended up cutting the nerve and my dog was bleeding. when I asked the what happened the groomer said not to worry as “cutting the nerve is painless”. The groomer didn’t apologize or even appeared remorseful.

They were just focused on shaving my dogs hair. They kept insisting on shaving it off. I told them to cut the knots he had. Which were under the belly. I told them to go ahead & shave the belly, & again they just wanted to shave him completely. Every dog I saw there was shaved. Seems that's all they know. I just decided to leave.
