I LOVE THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. ​I took my long-haired cat, Teddy, to see Steffy and her husband today, and I cannot recommend them enough! They utilize a two-person grooming technique that is standard for their services, which provides such a great sense of security and a quiet/calm environment. ​Even though Teddy is normally a "Teddy bear," he unexpectedly became stressed and reactive during his bath and groom. Steffy and her husband handled the situation with incredible grace and professionalism. Understandably, they were unable to finish because of my cat's reaction, but they worked with me on what to do next to reach the goals we set for my cat's grooming wellness together! Thank you so much to Steffy and her husband for taking such good care of our cat Mim. It was her first time getting her nails clipped and they made her as comfortable as possible. Not only was her appointment quick, but Steffy was able to (with no information given up front) tell that Mim was older and probably struggling with arthritis. She made recommendations to make her even more comfortable for her next appointment 🥰. Plus, she shared that it was the anniversary of her mother's passing, and her children used to call her Mim 🥹. Talk about meant to be ❤️. We will definitely be back, such a great experience!

Ms. Stephanie is an amazing person! She took in my elderly cat that no one else would touch to get rid of her matts, her fur knots. Everyone with elderly cats make sure you groom them often because Ms. Stephanie told me that older cats have thin skin that can knick easily which is why so many cat groomers shun cats they don't know. My elderly lady alsp has Hyperthyroidism and I didn't know until yesterday. I didn't know cats could get that condition. But it keeps them thin no matter how much they eat. Make sure you bring your fur babies to those that care, like Ms. Stephanie.

Cat groomers aren’t easy to find and if you do find one they aren’t always as prepared for cats as you would like. Tacoma Dog and Cat Grooming was amazing to work with and they were beyond prepared and surprised me with how accommodating they were. As a first time customer and new to the state I was in need of a groomer before the weekend and they squeezed us in right before the holiday and on short notice. They were able to work around my schedule and were very informative of the process! They always use two people for cat appointments and that just means so much as cats aren’t easy to groom or do anything especially by yourself and if you can imagine the things you’d need to do to get the job done you would agree that two people are needed 100% of the time. Stephanie was amazing, she was very friendly and approachable! I reached out to her and she was quick to reply, she explained everything to me thoroughly and got me an appointment right away. My cats look amazing and smelled clean like a daisy haha. They came home and didn’t seemed stress and upset, I assume they had an amazing time. The entire process only took 2 hours I dropped them off at 10:30 and picked them up at 12:30. During the process, Stephanie kept me updated and share pictures of the process as well, she shared that my cats were doing so well and it made me felt comfortable that they enjoyed it. Her price is a bit higher comparing to other salons, but she prepares a separate day for cats only in order to keep stress low and I think that accommodates for the pricing, but overal
