My dog was in boarding with them 3 years ago. Trent’s staff abused my dog. Because this is a black owned company, I didn’t want to go to court or hurt this man’s company. He apologized for his staff and my dog didn’t show any ill will to him so I know that he, himself was not the abuser. He admitted that it was his staff and that he was going to fire them. He even told me that if she needed anything to reach out and his vet would be able to help. My dog ended up needing CCL surgery. all I asked was for assistance with the cost of surgery.
