Dr. Gonzales/entire staff are truly a blessing! After months of misdiagnosis & thousands in bills from other vets, Dr. Gonzales stabilized my fur baby in just one visit with an affordable OTC medication!! I thought I was going to have to put my baby down, but thankfully Dr. Gonzales is genuinely there to help, not just take your money. A true rare gem in this field. She listened patiently, thoroughly, & not at all dismissive. Even followed up with a personal email! Entire staff was highly welcoming/helpful. Price may not be the cheapest in town but I can guarantee that you will save so much more in the long run since she’s not one to push unnecessary tests/medications. Today was my first visit with my senior cat that I just rescued. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and promptness of getting me in the room. The vet was very sweet and very thorough explaining to me what shots I needed to follow up with and the course of action for his well being . Price didn’t seem too bad considering highly recommend.

I’ve been to a few different vets trying to find the right fit, and I can finally say I found the one! I saw Dr. Gonzalez today, and she was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and thorough. You can really tell she cares about both the animals and the owners. The vet techs were just as wonderful, super friendly, gentle, and made my dog feel comfortable the entire time. Everything from check-in to the exam went smoothly, and I left feeling confident and relieved knowing my pet was in great hands. I’m so happy I found this place and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who truly goes above and beyond! 💕🐾

We absolutely love Dr. G and the whole staff! Not only were they incredibly sweet and careful with our pup, but they really work with you and even make squeezes in their schedule to get us seen when something important/ concerning comes up with our dog. The front desk ladies are always quick to respond or call back when I need help/ leave a voicemail (even when the office is closed, they always have someone respond back to me which means so much!) and all the techs on staff are informative, experienced, & you can tell they really do love animals/ their clients. I have been in the office waiting for my appointment when I have seen the staff have to handle conflicts and they are always so polite and professional when doing so, it was such a relief to see an entire staff handling harsh moment

I can't thank Sycamore Veterinary Hospital enough for their patience and warmth towards my dog, who is very nervous during vet visits. The entire team is always very welcoming, handles him with care and understanding, and makes sure he feels safe and comfortable throughout the entire visit.
