Dr. Bolt was amazing with my guinea pig, Penny. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with pigs. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure Penny was safe and taken care of. He always took the time to answer all of my questions. Definitely worth the 1+ hr drive!

Last fall, I became the sudden and unexpected caretaker of a senior bearded dragon, who is my first-ever reptile. After making some immediate habitat and lighting upgrades, my next step was to see where his overall heath was at and get him established with a vet. I chose Sweeten Creek based off of how well reviewed they are, and because they were very informative when I called with questions prior to making an appointment, and I'm glad I did. Every staff member is friendly and kind; the reptile specialist is thorough, knowledgeable, and took his time answering all of my questions and concerns; our veterinary nurse was very sweet and had a bearded dragon of her own that we chatted a bit about! My vet referred me here when his own practice was closed for renovations. I was so grateful that they could get me in right away; many vets here I'm Western NC are booked a week or more out. Tabitha was so accommodating and professional. Dr Cox was truly wonderful. She was extremely generous with her time as was her veterinary assistant Kaylee. Our dog Cal was compassionately handled and we left him there for a small procedure. His invoice was extremely fair and we cannot say enough good things about our experience . Thank you!

If I could give them more stars I would! Every single person that works there is absolutely amazing and have been a staple in keeping our 9 rabbits happy healthy and safe. So thankful for everyone that works there and am so grateful to them and the phenomenal work they do!!!!
