I have been visiting this place for years, and I'm always excited about the exceptional services they provide. I'm looking forward to recommending this location to future scheduled patients! However, I can’t help but give a heads-up: if you're planning to walk in, brace yourself for some lengthy wait times. Each visit has had its share of hours spent in line, so just be prepared for that! Thus the reason for the 4 out of 5 star review.

My Frenchie Charlie developed an eye ulcer, and I can’t say enough good things about the care we’ve received here. The entire team has gone above and beyond every step of the way. Their communication is excellent. I never feel in the dark about what’s going on. They’ve shown such genuine compassion for Charlie. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I’m so grateful to the team at Suwannee Oaks. I’ve taken my childhood pets here and now as an adult they’ve helped to keep my 6 year old frenchie healthy and happy. Special thanks to Dr. Bo and Dr. Brooks. We are blessed to have amazing veterinary care in such a small town.

I brought my 2-year-old bloodhound in for a scheduled visit for routine vaccines, a fecal test, and a heartworm test, with an expected cost of about $211. I clearly stated upfront that I was financially limited for this visit. The veterinarian spent approximately five minutes in the room, scolded me for not having my dog spayed (despite my explanation and request for a cost estimate), and never provided the spay quote I asked for. Without providing a clear estimate or confirming consent, the clinic attempted to initiate heartworm treatment, driving the bill to over $500. This visit lacked transparency, informed consent, and respect for a stated budget. I left feeling pressured and financially blindsided. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Last week I went there.To. See if anyone had a dog that needed a good home. They were able to help me out. Back on the 7th of May. I rescued a wonderful 51/2 year old Pomeranian mix dog. His owner was ready to put him down. Because he chews on himself....He's a sweet little guy! He was in pretty rough shape . But. I'm determined to take good care of... And help him out... and love on him;; His former name was B. . I gave him a new home and a new Name Elliot 😄

Suwanee Oaks Animal Clinic has always been so wonderful to us! To be honest and not confuse people I do use other area vets as well and many are just as good but I want to give a shout out to Suwanee Oaks animal clinic because they’ve always been good to us We’ve got three dogs and even a little “porch kitty” who’s just passing through on her way to her forever home in Connecticut. 🐾 The team at Suwanee Oaks has taken such great care of her, making sure she’s in tip-top shape for her big road trip.
