Juggernaut Canine Training

Gus came home from Juggernaut Canine Training on Sunday, and words cannot express how immensely grateful we are to Mekyla for the incredible work she has done with him. I already knew Mekyla was a miracle worker, as she helped us socialize two entirely feral Great Pyrenees puppies over the summer. I was so impressed with her guidance in that situation that I knew our GSP needed to spend some time with her too. I spent more time training and socializing him than any dog we’ve ever had… and yet, he was the worst behaved of them all! My 1 year old Australian Shepherd spent a month of board and train with Meykla and her family. Luna is smart, energetic, and can be stubborn. I used an online trainer previous but was at a point that I needed more and as a first time dog owner, I didn’t know the next steps. It was very difficult for me to have her gone a month…. But now I have a well disciplined and well behaved dog. The marker training helped tremendously. She is calmer, listens attentively and responds to corrections easily. People notice! I continue to practice yes and no commands daily. They work! And in my opinion, my Luna is such a good dog. Everyday I’m amazed how lucky I am to have stumbled across Juggernaut Canine Training. We recently rescued a 1-year-old Great Pyrenees from a bad situation where he was neglected and mistreated. He has a very sweet natural disposition, but it was immediately obvious he was nervous and distrustful of strangers, who was basically anyone that did not live in our home. He immediately growled at, and stalked, every visitor that came to our home. The breed is a guardian breed trained to protect property and livestock, and work and think on their own. He did not know how to behave on leash and in many ways did not know how to be a ‘dog.’ He was unsettled living with us, and his distrust of strangers was getting progressively worse, such that we did not feel comfortable having people visit our house, so we sent him to train with Mekyla for a 3 week in home training. Mekyla is one of the most knowledgeable and effective trainers that I have ever worked with in regards to my German Shepherds. We opted to use the two week boarded training for my oldest GSD and the difference was night and day. He was obedient but not fearful. He was confident in new spaces and Mekyla was able to help me understand his personality and be a better Pet Parent.💕 I absolutely recommend JCT!

I first heard of Juggernaut through a Christmas giveaway. Not thinking anything of it when I joined, but I I won! After bringing my Great Dane to her for board and train, she messaged me often with results and anything she worked with him on. She then showed me how to handle him in a different way that worked better for him. I felt well equipped to take him home and continue his training. We met again once more to touch base and give me any more tips that might help me. She showed me how to better read my dogs signals and and understand him. My dog was reactive to many things and it was hell to walk him anywhere. Now we go on daily walks and he can ignore distractions quicker without a fight. I recommend Juggernaut training to anyone looking for dog training.
