Sutton's Rugs & Carpets

The staff worked with me to choose the perfect carpet for my home. They listened to my concerns about wear and tear in traffic patterns then made recommendations for appropriate carpet and padding. Once ordered the carpet arrived quickly and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. The installation crew was awesome. They moved all the furniture, cleaned the floors before installation, carried away the old carpet and padding. This crew was neat, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use Sutton Carpets and Rugs for any future flooring needs.

This is just the best carpet establishment. We have used them since we moved here 16 years ago. They are not just experts in types and styles of rugs and carpets, they are excellent from a design /color perspective. I recent met with Ronda to discuss replacements and she was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. You will not regret visiting Sutton's.

Wish I could give more stars! Hands down the best establishment in the business. Not only the upmost best customer service but also cant get over how fast I had my rug/runner ordered and installed! I had been working with a local competitor for months trying to get just one sample ordered -- Sutton's had the sample at my doorstep within 3 days, helped me finalize my order and products installed! Meanwhile, im still waiting on the sample from the competitor :/ ..Will only be using Sutton's in the future!!

I had them replace carpet in several rooms. The old carpet had been glued to the slab floor but the slab was sticky with residue after they pulled up the old carpet. The installers walked through the glue and tracked it all over our hallway wood floor. After complaint twice they sent out someone to remove it with a solvent and rag. Then I felt a large pebble under my new carpet in a heavily trafficked spot. I had to call twice and argue with them before I was promised that they would come and remove it. Nobody ever showed. Every time I called them I spoke with guy named Sutton whose runs it for his family. Totally nice guy when selling but becomes a jerk afterwards. Awful experience.
