All staff are helpful, knowledgeable & pleasant every time I enter the store. I love the compassion and attentiveness given to me and my pets. If an item is t in stock, they are able to receive it quickly with a call to let me know the item has arrived. I appreciate a small convenient personable location, instead a chain pet store.
