Where do I start? Our first visit was June of 2025. My senior dog, Ella, was vomiting her water, refusing food and lethargic. With her being 16 at the time, I was scared to say the least. My home vet was busy, so I took her here. I called and easily made an appointment, I was there within 30 minutes. It was beautiful when I came in. I filled out some paperwork, then we were taken to a room. It was very quiet and comfortable. Ella is very nervous in vet like settings, she’ll shake and pant. They were very very comforting to her. Unfortunately she was not in a good state, she had very high levels, pancreatitis, and she needed to be hospitalized. I can’t sing enough praises of this vet practice. Our sweet golden retriever’s paw pads became raw with boo-boos after playing fetch on rough asphalt. We called summit vet care and within 5 minutes, we were able to get an appointment for just 15 minutes later. The staff on the phone (Kyle I believe) was super helpful and thorough. When we got to summit, there was no wait and we were immediately taken back to a room. The receptionist, Kyle, kindly asked if we needed any snacks or drinks, and brought us bottles of water. Erica, our awesome vet tech, spent so much time gently but thoroughly shaving, cleaning and disinfecting our boy’s paw pads. I took my adorable new kitten to Summit Vet for the first time and I'm OBSESSED! 😻 The moment I walked in, I was hit with the most calming, gorgeous vibe - the space is stunning, super clean, and made me (and my little kitten) instantly feel at ease. The staff? Top-notch. Knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my little furry 🐈. This is our new vet home, and I can't wait to bring the whole family (furry and human) back! Highly recommend!" 😊

I had the best experience at this veterinarian/urgent care facility. First of all, making an emergency appointment was easy, it was calming as well. They take the best care with each pet because they understand each one is unique. Their fear free service means they are aware of anything that might make a pet apprehensive. You fill out a form where you can indicate anything that might upset your pet in advance. Once we arrived they took us back to an exam room right away. Within minutes a tech (Casey sorry if it's misspelled!) came in to meet us. She began giving treats right away to gain trust while she did the initial exam. I have been to so many vet's over the years, but none of them hold a candle to this one. I could gush about them for ages. The welcoming environment, the designated rooms for cats vs dogs, offering hormone towels and other accommodations for anxious pets, their thoroughness, transparency in pricing, communication and above all the care they give is absolutely incredible. One of my cats has chronic kidney disease and I've been terrified of losing her for years as it progresses but not only has Dr. Kirk and the staff given her exceptional and thorough care, her kidneys have actually IMPROVED since she started going here. Dr. Kirk is incredibly kind, gives such dedication, takes the time to talk over the phone about every detail of my pet's care, and is overall wonderful. Can't recommend this
