Summit Canine honestly enriches our lives. For me, my wife, and our Mini Bernedoodle, Penelope (who I’m pretty sure is also autistic, like me), this place has become part of our family routine in the best way. She lights up the second we pull in, and when I pick her up, she’s calm, happy, and looks at me like she’s got a dozen stories to tell — I just wish I spoke dog. It warms my soul knowing she’s cared for by people who get her. Mike, Hailey, and the whole team are kind, patient, and somehow know how to handle every personality (human and canine). The BEST trainer ever!!! I did the 4 day training program and came home with a brand new dog! I went into training with a labrador retriever who hated walking on a leash, would pull me everywhere, and would fight every second she could against the slip leash around her nose. I had taken my dog to another trainer for a whole week to walk on a leash and saw absolutely no results. But with just 4 days at Summit Canine she learned how to undo all the bad habits she learned at the last place. I really wanted to have her walk down the aisle at my wedding October 1, so 3 weeks before she came to training at Summit Canine. I’ve boarded my two dogs here and they love it. I love getting a daily video of them playing and a report card. I also just finished doing a week training with Mike for my younger dog Wally. I couldn’t believe the progress he made and Mike worked with us to know what areas to focus on. I would highly recommend this place if you want boarding or to train your puppy.

The absolute best experience you can have boarding your pups! Mike and Hailey are so kind and you can see how much love and care each pet receives with them. They extremely helpful in making sure any and all specific needs are met. My dog had to have two ACL surgeries and I was beyond stressed trying to find the right environment for her. Mike and Hailey listened to every concern I had and have been the most patient people with helping us take care of our girl. My dog LOVES going to stay with them. If she sees me pack her overnight bag she will go sit by the door with excitement. I’m not sure if it the homemade doggie cookies or all of the attention that she looks forward to but she makes it clear she wants to go visit! She is so content when we pick her up and she absolutely loves both

We had the most amazing experience with Summit Canine. Our dog has some issues with anxiety and reactivity towards other dogs, and Summit Canine handled him with so much care and attention. They even helped with his socialization with other dogs - our dog made so much progress in his confidence and reactivity during his stay. This place is such a miracle for dogs like ours!
