I got my maltipoo groomed here when she was still a puppy. I explained what I wanted to the groomer and she said she could do it. When I came to pick up my dog, her ears were completely bald as well as her entire tail. The groomer said that it was because of the fur being matted, but even then there are many other options besides completely shaving her ears and tail. The groomer never consulted me first either. My dog started acting different around this time and became terrified of strangers and other dogs. I’ve spoken to the dog trainers (which I have spent thousands on) and to my dog’s vet and they all agree that having this traumatizing appointment is most likely the cause of these new behaviors. Never take your dog here, I learned my lesson the hard way.
