From start to finish had such a great experience! Everyone was very sweet and did significantly well on our dog Nala that needed emergency surgery! Explained everything before they did it, broke down prices and gave estimates for treatment. They answered every question in great detail to where we could understand it. They asked how they could relieve stress before we left and that was really nice to hear that they cared! When we went to pick her up they brought the meds in and explained everything to us and explained how the whole surgery went from start to finish. They even brought up an irregular heart rhythm that we had no idea about and they found it while she was under. Every single member of their staff was cheering her on as she walked into the room to come see her mommies again!! W

The staff is very caring, professional, helpful, and answered my questions thoroughly! The posters hung in the room my pup was in was quite helpful to me, having 2 dogs of my own. My pup had a tick I removed, yesterday. Had I not seen this poster, I would not have known to request Mickie to receive his first vaccine. Great to get this vaccine at the same time as his surgery check-up, which saved me some money.

We had an emergency on a Saturday with one of our dogs and we were able to our dog asap. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, staff. Thank you for all your help and our dog is doing great. We liked it here so much we are switching out family vets now. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

I highly recommend Sugarcreek Veterinary Clinic! My first time visiting their office I had brought one of my corgis in. She was in labor, making no progress toward delivering puppies. They allowed me to take up a room for hours to try to let her have a natural labor with some oxytocin. We ended up opting for a c section. The vet and staff stayed way past closing in order to finish the surgery and wait until my girl was fully awake post op before letting her leave. They were very affordable and helpful with everything. This vet is absolutely my go to from here on out with any of my corgis reproductive needs! I also brought a kid goat in about a week later. He had an issue with his eyelashes rubbing on his eyeball. The vet was very helpful and able to do surgery on him during that appointmen
