B & D Paw Spa

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! They are very knowledgeable and take great care of my bernedoodle.

These ladies are the best. We were new to the area in the fall last year, and they have been wonderful for our 13 year old Havanese. They are always very professional, caring and easy to work with. They have a nice automated scheduling system with "text" alerts and reminders. I highly recommend them!

Not disappointed in the end product, but personal treatment was less than professional. My mother had her dog groomed, forgot her phone at home so my wife left a message with them to call her phone when they were done. Cell service isn't the best in Sugarcreek at places so there were a few calls that got dropped. When she did talk to my wife, she was upset they were at a restaurant and unable to pick up the dog immediately, then hung up on her. She picked up the dog, charged an extra $25 and didn't acknowledge any apologies from a 77 year old lady. Dog looked great, service was poor. I would give no stars if possible.

We were visiting in the area for a while and needed a groomer for our two Bichons. Our dogs looked great and were calm and happy when we picked them up. We would come here again without hesitation. Thanks B & D Paw Spa!!!
