Evelyn did a wonderful job with my poodle! She was very thorough in asking what I wanted for his cut and executed perfectly. I also can tell she put a lot of care into it so my dog was not stressed. Very fair prices, I would highly recommend this place!

Best grooming around. Evelyn is such a true professional, honest and up front about everything. She made special arrangements to do my senior dog, autumn, who has a lot of cage stress. She was willing to extend her hours to allow autumn to be done without a wait to get done. She always does an amazing job, and I will never go anywhere else if I can help it

Very impressed with the people who work there. They do a wonderful job and very clearly care about the pets and customers. Very knowledgable and directed me toward a good shampoo 🧴for my new puppy. As soon as her hair grows out long enough to be groomed I will be happy to take her there. My gut feeling said this is a great place and also fairly priced.

Evelyn has been my groomer since she had her shop in Tonawanda. It's a drive to Clarence but well worth it. We have collies and they always are gorgeous . love the kiwi conditioner. They are so soft and silky. Evelyn is so sweet ,yet firm when needed. Highly recommend her

My friends dog went in to get a trim all around and specifically his chin and eyes and butt. They also asked to have him shampooed and conditioned. Her dog got in the car and was smelly. He smelled like a fish tank and didn’t look trimmed at all. They also asked for his ears to be cleaned and they weren’t. The price was fair but it didn’t look like anything was done to the dog
