i’m beyond thankful for everyone in this team!! i brought my bunny in for an abscess on her face, and they have been amazing. i couldn’t recommend Dr. Wade and every doctor here enough!! the whole staff has been incredibly kind, helpful, understanding and comforting. thank you for all you do and the gentleness you have showed Noira & i 💜

By far one of the best veterinarian clinics I’ve been to. This should be the golden standard for every clinic out there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in my time of need and were quick to lend a hand. They provided my little quaker parrot Jackie with the most attentive and tender care I could ever ask for with professionalism that made me confident that he’d be ok. I unfortunately had to keep him here for 2 nights due to his condition but fortunately I had Dr.Wade who kept me updated the entire time, even after hours, and ensured Jackie was as comfortable and nourished as possible. She was awesome, super friendly, and knowledgeable. The pricing on everything wasn’t bad at all, it was clearly communicated with me and worth every penny because my little guy is doing so much b

I’m giving 5 stars for my visits due to the excellent and compassionate care my rabbit received. My rabbit had a severe infection going through multiple layers of her skin. They did a surgical removal of dead and infected tissue a few days after examining her. The wound was on her neck, and the first day we were there (we had just come from the ER vet) they took her in the back and checked her and later bandaged her wound. I want to preface this by saying the ER vet did NOT bandage her wound, and I feel terribly that we should have asked him to. Also, we were not scheduled that day and the staff still allowed us to bring her in which I’m grateful for. I meant to do this months ago, been so busy this past year. Anyway: highly recommend Specialized Care For Avian & Exotic Pets. In June 2023 my birdy (budgie parakeet) was very sick, seemed like he was on death's door. I should have taken him in sooner, he was never sick before and I wasn't sure if it was something that goes away (like *many human sicknesses) :( In any case, my birdy was very sick but the good people at Specialized Care For Avian & Exotic Pets did many tests and gave him (Don Pooj ) a treatment plan that worked 🐦🏥🩺 (which was much less than I thought it would be, didn't have any idea how much it would cost but I certainly thought I would be spending more than I did). Everyday Don Pooj has been here since June 2023 has been a gift, they literally saved his life I can *not

I am so beyond pleased with this vet! My bunny, Cinnamon, had an unfortunate accident during a routine nail clipping where she jumped on my shoulder and jumped off, breaking her hind leg. This happened on a friday night, after calling every emergency vet in the area, and getting the same answer of “sorry we don’t take exotics” I had to sadly turn in for the night and put her in a pet taxi to limit her movement until the morning. Saturday morning brought its own challenges and this vet was my second call after being referred by All Creature Animal Hospital. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and very honest mentioning that Saturday they wouldn’t be able to get an x-ray or do surgery or splint at that point but I could bring her in to be checked and get pain medication.
