I would not ever take my pet to this person to have groomed. I drove from Plano to take my dogs to Freda's for their shots and Freda's was super busy and we waited from 10:30 until 1:00 to be seem. I knew we were going to be running late, so I gave the man courtesy call to let him know we would be running a little late. I apologized for running behind. He was snippy with me on the phone and then when we arrived, I asked how he was doing and said that HE DIDN'T LIKE "LATE"!! and I understood and that I would take my business else where and we left. If a person has that kind of an attitude with humans. I was afraid to leave my 4 legged children with him to be groomed. Absolutely love this place. My mom has done business with him for probably nine years and I have have taken my dog here for a year. Have other friends who also use this place . Always have done a great job. I would recommend this place to any 🐕 owner.
