We’ve had a really positive experience here. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they’re always patient with my puppy during visits. They take the time to answer questions and explain things clearly without making it feel overwhelming. Pricing has been reasonable compared to other clinics, and they often run helpful promotions, which makes routine care more manageable. Overall, it’s a reliable place with caring people, and I feel comfortable bringing my puppy here.

They handled my rowdy husky so well. They were very accommodating to her screaming, yelling, and nipping. She's been turned away before but they used strategies and tools to help give her the proper care she needed. Coming back with my other dog tomorrow! Also they have six vets so it's always easy getting an appointment with them!

I was recommended this place by my groomer and it’s easily the best vet I’ve ever been too. They are cheap compared to some other places, and really care about your pets. They always call me the day after to make sure my pup is doing okay. Highly recommend!

Update: this place is so unprofessional. They did not reach out to me a single time to try to resolve anything and then post all of my animals information online including his name and specifics about his medical treatment there. This is unprofessional and unethical. A complaint has been filed with the licensing board of Ohio. This place does not care about you or your animal. They just want to make as much money as possible. They were recommended to me by a friend when I first moved to the area and discovered a growth on my dog after a grooming appointment. I will say, the surgery went well, but of course they pushed for additional things like a teeth cleaning that according to his groomer and previous vet, they didn’t see any need for.
