Bought a aqueon 400 canster filter that was available on the shelf at this location and was able to check out no problem, we needed a large trash bag cause we were putting it in the back of the truck and it was rain snowing and the girls there help us right out and went to the back and grabbed a big bag. Went to the westpoint location fist and the box on the shelf was an empty display box. Took the box to the register and they went to the back to get it and for some reason they charge my mother for it before they brought it out, when they did it was out of the box and sitting in another box in pieces because it's box was beat up. Apparently they can't get another one in until they sell that one but was unwilling to discount so I don't see it ever selling. We had to get refunded for it. Was

They have great grooming services here. They also teach classes for training here there a variety of toys, training toys. They have lots of different fish and reptiles for purchase. There’s also a pet hospital here really it would take care of all of your pet needs at this one location. They have everything you need to train your animal if you’re new to adopting, which is super helpful.

The staff at the Grove City, Ohio location are the best of any store I visit. They greet me by name and always ask about our pets, which truly shows how much they care about their customers. This store should be the training model for future management because this team represents what exceptional customer service is all about.
