Dr. Anna Brown is truly exceptional. I have taken both my dogs and my cats to see her multiple times, and every single visit has been an incredibly positive experience. She is not only knowledgeable and efficient, but genuinely attentive and compassionate in a way that is rare to find. What stands out most is how much she truly cares. Strasburg Vet is always the best for our animals. The doctors have always been there when we need them even when an emergency arises. We spent the last hour of Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning 2025 with Dr. Worthington and Rosie while they performed emergency surgery on our beloved American Akita, Cash. The doctor and Rosie were amazing and we are so thankful that they were able to care for our baby. There are no words that can thank them enough for being available for us.

Our family has been going to Strasburg Vet for 8 years now. We have always had a great experience here with the compassion and care that our dogs/cat get at this clinic. Today our newest puppy met Dr. Anna Brown- she was wonderful! Her personality and smile was so warm, she answered all of my questions, and helped me navigate a vaccine schedule for our mini dachshund. Strasburg Vet is the only clinic I’ll ever trust with my animals from now on. Every single person there is outstanding! Friendly, compassionate, and always patient with my questions. They recently treated my dog, Havoc, after a couple abscessed teeth created a large wound on his face, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. They didn’t rush to conclusions or take extreme measures, they took the time to really understand his situation and handle it the right way. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in their hands. You can tell they truly care about the animals they treat. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Thank you, to all of the staff, you guys are awesome.

Needed an older horse, with very limited handling, gelded. They were willing to make a farm visit which made things easy for the horse. They did a quick and professional job with no drama, provided medication, and left clear instructions. I was able to call for supportive care 20 days later when the incision still hadnt fully closed. Again, no drama. Medication was dispensed and I was allowed to apply it myself without a bunch of hassle. After multiple incidents with modern veterinary care it was nice to find a clinic with a little more down-to-earth practicality in their practice.
