Please don't hire unless you want to be disappointed ☹️ The truth is, we don't want anyone from Strands to step another foot in our house! After having such anticipation and high hopes for new flooring, our entire experience has been pretty disappointing. It started with Terry taking a two-week vacation instead of getting back to us with a quote. That's just plain bad customer service. Maybe we should've taken that as a hint. Then, right off the bat, there was the wrong call on laying plywood to bring the floor up. We would've had to cut all interior doors to fit and then custom order a front door. Afterward, there were all of these instances that you kept on referring to as finishing touches. They were never finishing touches! It was rework for things that were done wrong. The register v

This is local service with tons of experience! Do NOT shop the big box stores without visiting Strand's. You'll be amazed at their selection, the prices are more than competitive.... They are better! I also have to mention that they go above and beyond to help. When I visited looking for a carpet remnant after our town suffered destruction from a devastating tornado, I mentioned what I was doing and how little I had to spend after being closed for six weeks fixing damage. Strand's stepped up (I was not asking for charity or pleading for any kind of help) and offered a remnant to me for a major sale discount. I bought it on the spot. Got it installed and it is stunning in the store. Bottom line, these folks don't see you as just a person through the door that they can pump for a sale. This

Always the best service and best products for a great price! We are painting the exterior of our 1880's Victorian home and I could not have chosen the right colors without the staff here! Wouldn't start a project without visiting Strand's first!
