If I could give them a 0 star I would. We originally were going to VCA but after they closed we obviously needed somewhere to take our dog. We have a 7yr old AM. Staffordshire and he was having issues with his hind legs so we were able to get an appointment in to get him checked out in the beginning of March. From the first visit I should have paid attention to all the red flags. They do the pets exam right in front of you so if your not used to your pet being poked and pinch in front of you BRACE YOURSELF. The vet himself was so reluctant to even get close to my dog as if he was scared. Just so you have an idea like I mentioned my dog was pinched, his prostate was checked, his spine was poked and not once did my dog try to bite anyone. The kitten distribution system gave me a lost kitten, it had an abcess in its left front paw...everyone at this clinic was so kind, professional and explained everything with detail to help me care for this baby kitty. I found her dr and am ok with driving 45 minutes for her to be seen by a great team! 💜

We took our collie in to get spayed. Healthy as can be never had a single issue prior to this. Go to pick her up the day after the spay an her incision is bleeding terrible an her right front paw is completely limp. They say oh just must be sore from the IV. Next day still won’t put any pressure on it take her back an they charged us 250$ an said it’s some underlying joint problem she had prior too sergury an sent us home. I knew that wasn’t the issue Rush her to isu an they had to staple up her incision and said the trauma that causes her leg to have no nerve feeling is only seen in car accidents and animals hit by cars.
