Stonebridge Veterinary Hospital

Been sending my dogs here for years but recently SVH has disappointed me lately. My oldest dog has met with different veterinarians here and they have given us different accounts and when we bring up what the last vet has mentioned to us then their reply is, “hmm I’m not sure about that or not sure who or why that was said.” Also I was recommended to a therapy location for dogs for hips but when I called the location in Wylie they told me they were unable to help at this time. I took my dog back to this vet and again met with another veterinarian, when I mentioned the therapy location to her she told me she didn’t know about them and that SVH doesn’t recommend specific therapy locations to their customers. I have been coming here many years with my dogs for their annuals, random problems, referrals, etc. The staff & doctors are so kind & makes you feel like home. I recently got my dog neutered & the process/his healing has been impeccable. I highly recommend this office for anyone in the fence about a new vet!

I was in need of emergency euthanasia for my senior dog. The staff was very understanding and were able to accommodate us very quickly. I have never been here prior and my first experience was amazing. The staff was very caring and compassionate to me, my family and my pet throughout the process. We walked in strangers and quickly felt like family. Thank you to the entire staff.

I recently had a horrible experience at a vet where my dog was asked to be muzzled the moment he walked into the vet and was handled very roughly and unprofessionally. We tried this vet to help with his reoccurring ear infections and Dr. Black has been such an angel in hearing our needs and handling my dog Mr.boo, even all of the staff I have come in contact with has been so nice, understanding, and professional. I would rather spend my money at a business that knows how to do their job and cares about doing it well. Dr. Black has always done such a good job at making my dog feel comfortable again as well as the assistants. I will definitely be continuing my business here. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!!
