Stock Boarding/Grooming Kennels

Very very upset with my experience here. Do not recommend!! Don’t let the prices sway you to board here. I will never again leave my dogs here. We left our 2 dogs here for 1 week and after dropping them off I was immediately worried about them. Over a dozen dogs barking their heads off and looked as if no attention was given to them. Outdoor kennels with a nasty bucket of water in each cell. It seems that they aren’t let out at all. I gave the woman instructions on the dogs (how much to feed them, explained and showed pictures of the hair cut I wanted my google doodle to get). She told me to take their collars and leashes home with me and I clarified with her twice. I should have known then. How are they suppose to tell the dogs apart or god forbid one of them got out? This place is old and outdated, my dog was completely butchered, and as you can see his testicles was damaged. I'm on my way to urgent care

This place isn't necessarily bad, it's just not set up for my dogs. We have indoor puppers and this is not the place for indoor dogs. If you have dogs that are used to living outside I think this is a wonderful place to take them. We did keep our dogs here for a couple of days and when we got them back they were healthy and happy. They were overfed, but that probably had something to do with them being happy when we pick them up.

Absolutely horrible customer care. I called to ask a few questions about getting my dog booked for our upcoming vacation and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. I told her I wouldn’t be using them because of how rude and short she was being with me. If she treats humans like that I can only imagine the way she treat’s animals. Don’t take your pets here!

It’s a packed house…. Asked for my dog to stay one day….very nice people
